Following is the official Police Report (complaint) issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police in their investigation of David Estrada and his EZeeBUY (EZeeBUY Experiences) scam.  The police report concludes that Estrada embezzled all of the capial conributed by the co-founders. Also, when the police examined Estrada’s bank records, they discovered shortly after each co-founder wired their investment to Estrada, he visited the bank and withdrew all of the money IN CASH.
